We are a team of in-house specialists in land-acquisition, land assessment, building design, planning policies and land sales. We focus on project management, customer relations, and maintaining clean lines of communication between everyone involved. Based in London and the South East, we help landowners turn overlooked plots into profitable opportunities — without any upfront cost.
Our immediate land-partner has over 10 years’ experience in land buying and development, working with some of the UK’s biggest companies (including Linden Homes and Bovis Homes). Every single member of the team, from the planning consultants to the architects, always goes the extra mile, so you are in safe hands. Once we agree to partner, we provide a simple joint venture agreement outlining your share, the process, and key timelines. Transparency is at the heart of everything we do. We also appreciate that each customer and each area will have differing goals and requirements, so we give care and attention to each step of the process and transaction.
